Important information for the buyer:
The creation of an original logo automatically gives its creator copyright in such work.The artwork on sale on the www.urbanlogo.com website is for sale outright.
This means that on payment the buyer will secure all intellectual property in the relevant artwork.The buyer then can seek further protection of the purchased logo under his own name as desired.  The buyer agrees that the creator of the purchased artwork may use it for his personal presentation of achieved work (book/portfolio) only, providing it does not get used for any commercial purpose.




Important information for the uploading designer:
Every designer who has been chosen by Urbanlogo to upload and offer his artwork for sale on www.urbanlogo.com agrees that in the event of a sale, he will then transfer all intellectual property (including any moral rights) to the respective buyer. This means that after such sale he shall not use or exploit the artwork or any elements of it in future projects.  The designer may display the artwork in his personal presentation of achieved work (book/portfolio), providing it does not get used for commercial purposes.  If his artwork gets chosen by publishers for compilation-books or design-reference-books, the artist/designer will have to obtain written permission from the current owner (the buyer) to do so.
By uploading his artwork, every artist/designer confirms the originality of the uploaded artwork and agrees to indemnify Urbanlogo against all costs and expenses incurred by it in relation to any infringement action taken against it as a result of this not being the case.
In the case of unsold artwork, the creator has the right to request for it to be taken off the gallery at any time and all intellectual property remains with the artist until the artwork is sold.



Forgery:
All artwork on this website is property of Urbanlogo and/or its respective designers and all artwork is watermarked, dated and catalogued as such by Urbanlogo.. In the event of illegal use of artwork or parts of artwork displayed on this website, all possible legal action will be taken by Urbanlogo against the illegal user

We are trying our best to control incoming artwork for its originality and there will be an additional check at the time of sale.
In any case, if you should see a logo on this site, that uses elements that are already registered as copyright, please notify us imediatly so that we can take it off the gallery.
